Full Event Planning & Design
This is for the couple who wants us to guide them through the entire wedding planning process, focus on design and decor, assemble their team of service providers, provide unlimited professional advice, and manage every detail of the wedding day! We will serve as your personal event concierge to plan every detail with you and execute those plans to produce a remarkable and extraordinary event unique to your personal style!
All the fine details incorporated in full-service event planning include unlimited vendor referrals of only the finest and most reliable vendors in the industry, set up and attend meetings with service providers based on the client's needs, including but not limited to the categories of photography, videography, floral design, custom invitations, lighting and wedding cakes, linens, chargers, and chairs.
Distinctive decor should always be followed through in every detail of your event. From monogrammed napkins, unique favors to the perfect grand entrance, Fancy That! will ensure every vendor involved knows and understands the clients' desires and needs. We will find you the ideal floral artists, rentals specialist, lighting technician, photographer, videographer, and more to create your magical day. After the client has approved all vendors, Heavenly Events & Designs will act as a liaison between the vendors and the client to ensure a seamless event.
❧Place orders for all rental items {chairs, linens, draping, furniture, dancefloor, specialty china, glassware, etc.
❧Assist with the selection of both the ceremony and reception entertainment.
❧Provide referrals for gown boutiques (custom and retail), officiants, transportation, hair & makeup artists, tuxedos, etc.
❧Assist Bride and Groom in the design and wording of all custom stationery, including save the date cards, invitations, menus, and programs.
❧Review proposals and terms of final contracts with referred service providers.
❧Contact service providers for arrival times and communicate venue's procedures for unloading, set up, and tear down. Creating and distributing wedding day itinerary to bridal party and vendors. Heavenly Events & Designs will ensure that all of your vendors submit their Certificate of Insurance / Liability form to your venue and that the client purchases the appropriate Event General Liability Insurance if required by the venue.

Partial Event Planning & Design
This is for the couple who desires to plan their own wedding day but would like ongoing access to our vendor referrals and detailed assistance with all elements related to design and decor along with the day-of coordination.
❧ Detailed meeting to discuss your wedding style. Together we will create a custom inspiration board of your wedding day design concept.
❧Our goal as your planner is for you to build a team of reliable, professional service providers. We are happy to refer you to a great list of local vendors in categories such as photography, videography, entertainment, officiants, transportation, hair and makeup, and more.
❧Your coordinator will verify availability, set appointments, and accompany you to find and build the perfect team of design vendors. Every bride will have the opportunity to see a tabletop mockup of their wedding day vision.
❧We will attend your venue menu tasting to fine-tune all day-of logistics. At this meeting, we will review all the fine details of your wedding day and begin the steps of creating a day of timeline and a Banquet Event Order for the venue.
❧An extensive "day-of" timeline will later be created and distributed to all vendors to ensure that your day runs smoothly!

Day Of Event Coordination
Is perfect for the Bride and Groom who wish to take care of the entire wedding planning themselves; however, they want the luxury of enjoying their wedding day without worrying about any of the "day of" details.
❧Detailed onsite coordination and management of the entire wedding day.
❧Oversee complete vendor set-up of the ceremony and reception site to ensure that your wedding will meet all of your expectations.
❧Ensure that all place cards, menu cards, favors, guest books, and any other special items are placed adequately per the client's direction.
❧Communicate with musicians on ceremony song selection and cue wedding party for the processional.
❧Manage banquet staff regarding set up and compliance of floor plans.
